Health Services received 700 more doses of swine flu vaccine Wednesday.

The second shipment arrived late last night, said Terri Cunningham, marketing coordinator for Health Services.

Health Services officials gave out the first batch of H1N1 vaccines Monday and ran out of most of the vaccines that day.

Out of the new vaccines, 600 are in nasal spray form and 100 are injectable, Cunningham said.

She said the most recent updates on the vaccines are available on Health Service’s Web site .

The nasal spray vaccine is meant for healthy, non-pregnant individuals who don’t have any chronic health problems and are between 2 and 49 years old, according to the Web site.

The injectable vaccine is limited to pregnant women and people age 4 and older with chronic medical conditions, according to the Web site.

Health Services will receive additional vaccines as they become available, according to the Web site.
