Since today marks the last time the Herald will use their ink for my name, I decided to reward my faithful readers and punish my detractors one last time. You may not know my name. But unless you hate sports and campus buildings, then you’ve probably read at least one of my stories.

s students are leaving campus for Thanksgiving break, the water supply will also be leaving for a few hours. Water will be out in some buildings for two hours from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. tomorrow, maintenance manager Steve Barz said. The water will not be in service because Bowling Green Municipal Utilities will be repairing a damaged waterline on Big Red Way near Schneider Hall, said Doug Ault, director of Facilities Management.

Smokers will soon have to watch where they light up before and after classes. Designated smoking areas were approved by the administrative council and President Gary Ransdell earlier this month, Staff Council chair Elizabeth Paris said. Under the plan, an area for smoking will be created outside of each academic building, Paris said.
