Twenty-year-old Curtis Frost of Ontario, Canada rides his long board down Chestnut Street back to his brother’s house after long boarding around Bowling Green last night.

“I bought a 30-year-old Burton board about four years ago and I rode it to school and it went on from there,” he said.

After moving to Florida from Ontario in high school to attend Florida State, Frost said he moved to Bowling Green because many of his friends live here. He said he’ll be attending Western in the fall. “Everyone I know lives here,” he said.

Frost said he is also transferring to Western because of its policy with Florida State. All of his credits will transfer. For now he’s living with his brother Adam on Chestnut Street, but Frost said he plans to go back to Vancouver, Canada for the summer.

Once he returns to Western he plans to major in physiology.
