Robert Williams, Keen Hall, reported on Feb. 19 that his 1996 Dodge Intrepid was vandalized in the Poland lot. The value of the damage was $500.

Arrest

Joshua Ramsey, Fort Scott, Kan., was arrested on Feb. 19 for failure to illuminate his headlights, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in the first degree. He was released Feb. 20 on a $500 surety bond.
