Reports

Maruthachalam Dhandapani, special services coordinator for event planning, reported on Oct. 23 that his North Face book bag, 80 gigabyte iPod, Canon Power Shot camera and two check books were stolen from his white 2008 Chevrolet Silverado. The value of the theft was $400.

Taylor Ballard, Pearce-Ford Tower, reported on Oct. 23 that an Xbox 360, 15 DVDs and 12 Xbox 360 games were stolen from his dorm room. The value of the theft was $1,870.

A female reported terroristic threatening on Oct. 23.

Lindsey Gilmore, residence hall director, reported on Oct. 22 that a window in the third floor study room of Meredith Hall was smashed into pieces. The value of the damage was $400.

Arrests

Hanna Beach, College Street, was arrested on Oct. 24 and charged with failure to illuminate headlights, failure to produce proof of valid insurance, driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance. She was released the same day on a $1,000 bond.

Charqwan Palton, Memphis, was arrested on Oct. 23 and charged with failure to appear in court for theft by unlawful taking. He was released the same day on a $200 bond.
