Ross Dillon, Old Morgantown Road, reported on Oct. 12 that his gray and green backpack, brown wallet, Microsoft Publishing 2007 textbook, Nokia Slide cell phone, 10 blank CDs, seven folders and cash were stolen from Smith Stadium. The value of the theft was $292.

Beth Hawke, coordinator of residential life for the Academy of Math and Science, reported on Oct. 11 that the statue in front of Schneider Hall was damaged. The value of the damage is unknown.

Catherine Gray, Old Morgantown Road, reported on Oct. 11 that some cash was stolen from her wallet. The value of the theft was $146.

Jacob Sullivan, Sandalwood Drive, reported on Oct. 11 that his cornhole boards were stolen from McLean Hall front lawn. The value of the theft was $45.

Brittani Perez, Pearce-Ford Tower, reported on Oct. 10 that her brown Coach bag and brown Coach lanyard were stolen from her dorm. The value of the theft was $350.

Susan Carson, Rigelwood Lane, reported on Oct. 10 that her black and gray Dooney and Bourke purse, black and gray Dooney and Bourke wallet, three check books, two credit cards, driver’s license and car key were stolen from a Cherry Hall restroom. The value of the theft was $311.

Arrests

Zachary Lancaster, Whispering Hills Boulevard, was arrested on Oct. 12 and charged with disregarding a stop sign and driving under the influence under age 21. He was released the same day on a $750 unsecured bond.

Taylor Thomas, Utica, was arrested on Oct. 12 and charged with disregarding a traffic control device, careless driving and driving under the influence under age 21. Thomas was released the same day on an unsecured bond.

Delaney Sowards, Antioch, Tenn., was arrested on Oct. 12 and charged with assault. He is being held in Warren County Regional Jail on a $5,000 cash bond.

Andrew Moylan, Lexington, was arrested on Oct. 11 and charged with failure to illuminate headlights and driving under the influence under age 21. He was released the next day on an unsecured bond.

Cody Russ, Sawmill Road, was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place. He was released the next day on time served.

James Caudill, Franklin, was arrested on Oct. 9 and charged with careless driving, driving with an open container of alcohol and driving under the influence. He was released the same day on a $775 unsecured bond.

Walter Wade, Athens, Tenn., was arrested on Oct. 9 and charged with disregarding a traffic control device and driving under the influence. He was released on the same day on a $775 unsecured bond.

Joshua Miller, Smiths Grove, was arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with disregarding a traffic control device and driving on a license that was suspended for driving under the influence. He was released the same day on $340 cash.

Derek Sears, Red Clover Avenue, was arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with driving on a suspended license and not illuminating his rear license plate. He was released the next day on court order.

Antonio Walker, Bon Aire Avenue, was arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with driving with an expired registration plate, failure to maintain insurance and operating a vehicle on a suspended license. He was released the same day on a $345 cash bond.
