Michelle Butcher, Rodes-Harlin Hall, reported on Sept. 25 that her dark blue Nokia cell phone was stolen. The value of the theft was $130.
Drew Cox, Barnes-Campbell Hall, reported on Sept. 26 that his Pioneer stereo, a gray Apple iPod, cash and Surefire flashlight were stolen from his 2007 Ford Escape. The value of the theft was $470.
Kristen Gunn, Bemis Lawrence Hall, reported on Sept. 25 that her AT&T Blackberry Pearl cell phone was stolen from the DUC Subway. The value of the theft was $299.99.
A female reported on Sept. 25 that she was assaulted by another female in Pearce-Ford Tower.
Albert Meier, an associate biology professor, reported on Sept. 24 that the biology department’s 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser was damaged. The value of the damage was $1,100.
Kelly Bullock, Rodes, reported on Sept. 24 that a black dual stereo was stolen from her white 2001 Dodge truck. The value of the theft was $160.
George Kendrick, PFT, reported on Sept. 21 that his Motorola Rocker cell phone was stolen. The value of the theft was $185.
Arrests
Cory Alexander, Vine Grove, was arrested on Sept. 27 and charged with not illuminating registration plates, operating a vehicle on a suspended operator’s license and driving with an open container of alcohol. He was released the same day on a $441.35 unsecured bond.
Shawn Brown, Scottsville, was arrested on Sept. 27 and charged with operating a vehicle on a suspended license. He was released the same day on a $220 cash bond.
Maria Gilley, Media Drive, was arrested on Sept. 25 and charged with public intoxication. She was released the next day on court order.
David Barito, Barnes, was arrested on Sept. 25 and charged with failure to illuminate headlights and driving under the influence. He was released the same day on a court order.
Joe Wheatley, Gayle Way, was arrested on Sept. 24 and charged with speeding and operating on a suspended driver’s license. He was released the same day on a $355 cash bond.
