Patrick Keown, Navajo Drive, reported on Sept. 21 that his red and white cooler, grill and folding chair were stolen from the McLean Hall tailgating area. The value of the theft was $80.
A woman living in Poland Hall, reported on Sept. 20 terroristic threatening while walking from the Creason lot to Poland.
Bryan Sircy, Curd Drive, reported on Sept. 19 fradulent use of his debit card. The value of the theft was $92.65.
u Amber Thompson, Meredith Hall, reported on Sept. 19 that her T-Mobile cell phone, Western ID and car keys were stolen from Fresh Food Company. The value of the theft was $252.
Arrests
Ajami Smith, Louisville, was arrested on Sept. 21 and charged with driving under the influence, driving with no insurance and driving with an expired registration plate. He was released the same day on a $750 unsecured bond.
Devin Davis, Barnes-Campbell Hall, was arrested on Sept. 21 and charged with driving under the influence and careless driving. He was released the next day on court order.
Ricardo Lagunas, Luke Drive, was arrested on Sept. 20 and charged with failure to appear in court, driving with one headlight and driving with a suspended driver’s license. He was released the next day on a $335.50 cash bond.
Richard Williams, Brookshore Avenue, was arrested on Sept. 20 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. He is currently being held in Warren County Regional Jail on a $1000 cash bond.
Matthew Debeasi, Nashville, was arrested on Sept. 20 and charged with driving under the influence. He was released the same day on a $750 unsecured bond.
Nicholas Zeitz, Louisville, was arrested on Sept. 20 and charged with driving under the influence and possession of an open container of alcohol. He was released the same day on a $750 unsecured bond.
Devron Kay, Hopkinsville, was arrested on Sept. 19 and charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, disregarding a traffic control device and driving with no insurance. He was released the next day on a $998.85 cash bond.
Brittany Bell, Pearce-Ford Tower, was arrested on Sept. 19 and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place. She was released the same day on time served.
