Western students were involved in a collision at about 12:33 a.m. on May 3 on Patton Way near Nashville Road.
Bowling Green freshman Billy Webb, a cheerleader, Tyler Madison, an incoming freshman cheerleader from Quality, Leonard Smith of Morgantown and Russellville freshman Garrett Roark, were involved in the collision, according to a police report.
Madison was driving the vehicle, according to the report.
The driver of the other car involved told police she was coming around a curve when she saw a car sitting in the middle of the road. She said she tried to stop but was unable to avoid the car.
Madison, Webb and the woman were transported to Bowling Green Medical Center where they received blood draws, according to the report.
Madison and Webb were eventually transported to Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville where they were admitted to the trauma unit.
