COMMENTARY: Underwear: What you say about yourself, underneath it all

I’m not a very good dresser.

I can often be found in line at Java City wearing some tattered jeans and my ex-boyfriend’s Spawn T-shirt.

My wardrobe only expands on Christmas and birthdays–unless we’re talking about my underwear stash.

I scored a handful of dainty drawers at the mall last weekend, and I have since been expressing myself at the sub-trouser level.

I even brought a friend to assist me in the all-important expansion of my intimates image. A panty consultant can be a lifesaver when pouring over mounds and mountains of bikini bottoms and briefs.

Cotton, silk, elastic, lace, solids, stripes, patterns and polka dots – I can be whoever I want to be, even if I never mention my unmentionables to anyone.

So can you.

This is my call to action. Express yourself by pampering your fanny.

After all, beauty comes from the inside … of your pants.

I want to know that if I should drop my pants at this moment, the world would know a little bit more about me.

My current selection of red and gray striped cotton says that today I feel sporty and free.

No one else might know why I want to bounce and trounce about the office, but it really all comes down to the choices I made this morning.

I set the tone for my mood when I stepped out of the shower and slipped on my first layer of clothing.

What are your skivvies saying about you?

Choose wisely when rifling though your lingerie. It reflects who you are underneath it all.
