Katherine Garman, Rodes-Harlin Hall, reported on Nov. 1 damages to her Mercedes-Benz C230 in Adams Street lot when “IOU” was scratched into her hood in six-inch letters. The value of the damages was $1,000.
Eastern Kentucky University reported on Oct. 31 two cell phones, four pairs of nylon pants and two pair of Nike shoes stolen from the visitor’s locker room in Houchen’s Industries-L.T. Smith Stadium during the Sept. 15 football game against Western. The value of the theft was $980.
A woman reported on Oct. 31 a stalking incident.
Barron Adams, Pearce-Ford Tower, reported on Oct. 31 three textbooks stolen from his dorm room. The value of the theft was $165.
Brittany Johnson, McCormack Hall, reported on Oct. 31 criminal mischief when somebody punctured two of her tires on her 2002 Dodge Stratus in Kentucky Street lot. The value of the damages was $200.

The parking and transportation department reported on Oct. 31 a vehicle immobilizer stolen that was on a vehicle parked in Cherry Hall for unpaid parking tickets. The value of the theft was $750.
Arrests
Joshua A. Wilkerson, PFT, was arrested on Nov. 2 and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of marijuana. He was released from Warren County Regional Jail the same day on an unsecured bond.
Erin A. Dortch, Bemis Lawrence Hall, was arrested on Nov. 2 and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and possession of alcohol by a minor. She was released from Warren County jail the same day on a $1,000 unsecured bond.
Matthew D. Windhavis, Henderson, was arrested on Nov. 1 and charged with careless driving and driving under the influence first offense. He was released from Warren County jail the same day on a court order.
