His name is Bobcat.
He came to Bowling Green from Alaska about a week ago, not really knowing why he came. He’s leaving tomorrow to go back to Alaska.
He spent his time in Bowling Green doing a multitude of important things- finding the right bar, a decent meal and a place to stay.
To his luck, he found all three. After sleeping under the bridge for a couple nights, he found a motel that would give him a discount. After going hungry for a few days, he finally came upon some money that allowed him to eat at a diner once a day. With the money left over, he eventually found a bar that suited his fancy.
His story in Bowling Green might sound depressing, but Bobcat is quite the optimist. He is excited about going back to Alaska and says his time in Bowling Green has given him new perspective on a place he’d never been.
