I read the article in the paper regarding the “fighting” that occurred in Mass Media today and was extremely disappointed in the Herald’s poor reporting.

First of all, there was no fight. Davis Kim freaked out in Mass Media and went on to assault several people in the building and again outside of Mass Media.

Second, he did not assault Misty Tomes in the way that the Herald reported. Kim approached me, Ashley Stone, outside of Southwest. He was shouting and yelling obscenities then proceeded to push me and kick me – once; one kick, no more, as implied in the article.
