Fraud, retaliation and unethical practices.

The author of one book “Power System Harmonics: Fundamentals, Analysis and Filter Design” seen at
http://www.springer-ny.com/detail.tpl?isbn=3540422382, http://www.springer.de/cgi-bin/search_book.pl?isbn=3-540-42238-2, a manuscript in preparation “Electric Circuits: Fundamentals and Analysis”, a paper “Harmonics in Rotating Machines” to appear in the Electric Power Systems Research Journal, Nov. / Dec. 2002, and numerous other publications and activities receives an evaluation of “Good” on “Research, Creative Activity and Scholarship” from John Russell, Head, Department of Engineering. While WKU strives to teach ethics to students, is there anyone among WKU’s administration to stop those acts of fraud and retaliation and teach an unethical department head lessons in fairness?!

Thanks.
